Margie and I met several years ago in a community art class, and have been joined at the hip ever since. Besides being artsy fartsy best buds, we never met a happy hour we didn’t like, laugh with great abandon, and are each other’s true north.
Margie moved recently. Can you hear me weeping? To help with separation anxiety, we decided to start this blog. Our intention? To make sure we keep making art and stay connected. By starting a weekly challenge, taking turns picking the subject matter, the freedom to use whatever medium strikes our fancy, and posting the results, we think we will do just that.

I am new to your blog thanks to Tarsha sharing it with me. Your artwork is amazing! I would like to request your interpretation of “winter wonderland” considering your northern location and the cold front that is here now. Plus, Aunt Gail, I am still holding out hope one day have a white Christmas with you guys…unlike the one a couple of years ago…lol.
